To support its evolving IT operating model, TES is looking for a proactive, service-minded and self-starting Junior IT Coordinator to join our team in Belgium or the Netherlands on a full-time basis. This role is a perfect fit if you want to elevate your career and have a strong interest in IT systems, coordination, and service support in a dynamic business context.

What you will do:

As a Junior IT Coordinator, you will play a key role in leveraging TES’s IT operating model. You will act as the first point of contact for internal users and coordinate with external IT service providers to ensure IT requests are handled smoothly. You will assist with workplace services, core business applications (Microsoft 365, ERP, travel & expense), and provide users with IT support, enabling them to focus on their mission of driving the energy transition.

• Act as the bridge between TES users and IT service providers.
• Coordinate and follow up on IT service requests and incident resolution.
• Provide support for tools like Microsoft 365, ERP, and travel & expense systems.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 to provide solutions for business needs.
• Maintain user guides and document recurring support topics in a knowledge base.
• Monitor IT service quality and escalate issues when needed.
• Manage software licenses where applicable.
• Collaborate with IT service providers on workplace and security topics.
• Help improve IT support processes to make them more efficient.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient IT user experience.

Who are you:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in IT support or IT coordination.
• Autonomous, hands-on, and proactive.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Interest in ERP systems and other business platforms (experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Service-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A team player mindset.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as Dutch, French or German are a plus.
• Willingness to work from both the Brussels or Amsterdam office and home office, with openness to travel occasionally.
• Enthusiasm for contributing to a mission-driven, dynamic company at the forefront of the energy transition.
